Registration for 2011

**IMPORTANT**

PICK UP/HEALTH FORM MUST ACCOMPANY THE CAMPERS THE FIRST DAY OF CAMP!

WE NOW OFFER M-W-F and TUESDAY/THURSDAY session choices.

All registration is completed through the City of San Clemente Recreation Division.

There are four ways to register:

1.ON-LINE REGISTRATION:

2. Mail-In: 

Mail your completed registration form and payment to:
City of San Clemente Recreation Division
100 N. Calle Seville
San Clemente, Ca. 92672

3. 24-Hour Drop Off/Open Hours: 

Place your completed registration form and payment in a sealed envelope and drop in the mail
slot located at the Community Center outside the office, to the right of the entrance at 100 N. Calle Seville.
During open hours you can walk into the Recreation Division Dept. and pay at the desk.

Hours of operation are the following:
Monday-Thursday: 7:30am – 5:30pm
Every other Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Remember, you can always drop it in the mail slot if they happen to be closed.

4. Phone-In Charge:
Have your Visa or Master Card and class information ready.
Call (949) 361-8264, Monday – Thursday and every other Friday between 10:00am – 3:00pm.
($1.00 Additional charge for phone-in)

5. Fax-In Charge:
Have your Visa or MasterCard, and class information ready.
Fax to (949) 361-8280 Monday – Thursday and every other Friday between 9:00am – 4:00pm.
